Sounds systemic: Numbness in both your hands are feet, indicates a problem either from your neck on up or systemic process. Look up neuropathy although there are lots of causes of it. Are you diabetic? You'll need to find the underlying cause of your symptoms, consult with your family provider or internist. The neuropathy is just the tip of the iceberg of something else going on.
