Anger management: Sounds like you need anger management. There may be anger management classes in you area. But if not, seek a cognitive-behavior therapist who specializes in anger and stress-management.

Lifelong struggle: Dr. Golden has given you good advice. We all struggle with this. It helps me to reflect that everyone I meet is carrying a burden unknown to me. I cannot fully control my feelings, but I can work hard to say kind, cheerful things or do small acts of courtesy and good-will to anyone I meet. Behavior may help adjust attitude.
