Recently i have been constantly blowing my nose and it just is nonstop. is there anything i can take or is it just allergies?

Both: it very well may be allergies, especially if the drainage is clear, your nose or eyes itch and you do not otherwise feel sick. You can take an over the counter antihistamine like Zyrtec or Allegra or you can use a nasal spray like Nasacort (triamcinolone) for this.
