Acute rhinitis: When otc medications does not help, it's time to seek progressional medical help. Otc cold / allergy meds are usually weak to treat inflammation inside your nose. You might need an antionflamatory medication like systemic or topical steroid and antibiotics if it get bacterial superinfection.
