Work Therapy: You are too much concentrating on yourself. Get out among people and go to work. The more you spend time at working, the more you will get your mind off of yourself. If you cannot find a job, then work at anything where you have to concentrate on what you are doing like cutting logs, farming, intense gardening, working with your hands involved. The more you think on the work is better.

Talking therapy: Start with a medical evaluation to rule out medical causes of your symptoms. Medications are sometimes indicated. Talking therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing
