Who can i talk to for help for depression?

Mental health folks: I'm guessing you've already confided in trusted friends, which can be a good start. There are lots of causes for depression. Mental health professionals are a good resource. Masters level therapists are good at talk therapy. Psychologists may be able to more specifically see a reason and psychiatrists are able to look at medical options including medication if indicated.
