See an ENT: Could be many conditions from a sinus infection, ear infection, and many other possibilities. Would see a ear, nose, and throat md.

Referred tooth pain.: Before running off to a ent, or seeking TMJ treatment, pain in mouth, ear and above ear is very symptomatic of referred pain from a infected back, lower molar. See your dentist get an "x-ray" and his/her opinion!

Abscess..TMJ/TMD: Hard to say without a history and exam, but sounds like an abscessed tooth/teeth, gum tissue or potentially a tmj/tmd disorder. Get to a dentist asap.

Dental pain?: If you have tooth pain, first see a dentist to rule out dental pathology. If teeth ruled out, see a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.

Pain: Most common cause is pain from infected tooth or surrounding tissues. See your General Dentist for evaluation. If no oral infections present, Dentist will refer you to the appropriate specialist for evaluation/treatment.

See dentist: The presence of symptoms in these areas can come from multiple issues. It could be an infection, dental cavity, TMJ and myofacial origin, etc. Your dentist can examine the mouth and head to determine the cause, then treat your problem. If he determines a medical cause, referral to a physician will be necessary. Good luck.
