Biting Pain: Sounds like your filling as been comfortable until recently. Sudden biting pain is usually related to a cracked tooth. The happens a lot with large fillings and someone with a strong bite. See your dentist. At the least you probably need a crown, if the crack extends into the nerve you may need a root canal. If the tooth is actually split, you could loose the tooth. See your dentist soon.

Filling is close to nerve. Tooth settled down for about two years and the dentist said if it begins to hurt I'll need to do RCT. Every time I think about that the tooth hurts. Other than that no pain. Is it mind over natter and what to do ?
Got a biodentin 12D ago. because a 6M old fillig just a bit of pain. Dentist said nothing was wrong, but filling was close to nerve, no inflammation. I got sinusitis as well, maybe the reason why still painful, its worse with biodentine than before?
I had a filling on 4-2. One on each side. I had no pain or issues and had no idea i had two cavities. Since the fillings one side hurts when i chew.
