Not easy; surgery: I am not sure exactly what you're asking... Is it very prominent or actually too high in your neck? Either way there is no easy fix and surgery would be required, which would be unlikely to be covered by insurance as it's for cosmetic reasons. There is a way to trim the thyroid cartilage down to make it less prominent, but you will be left with a scar in the neck. Good luck; not easy to fix.
