Lymph node: This could be a lymph node. Usually lymph nodes become big due to infection and inflammation. If it remains or enlarges, please see a doctor. There are other causes also. Possibly this is a skin "furuncle " which is an infection of the hair follicle/root. Consult a physician if it doesn't go away or enlarges.
