Headaches from?: The headaches may or may not be related to the recent surgery. I can't determine that over the internet. See the surgeon who removed your teeth and ask if you also need to see your physician.

Dry socket: You may have a dry socket (alveolar osteitis) which occurs after wisdom tooth removal as often as 8%of the time. You should see your Surgeon for a proper evaluation and treatment as necessary.

See Oral Surgeon: See the Oral Surgeon. Meantime, use ibuprofen 4 x day (400 mg) to see if it subsides. Don't wait for the pain. If it has been about 3-5 days ago that you had surgery, then you may have a dry socket or two. See the Oral Surgeon. Good Luck. Do not wait.

Not uncommon: The removal of impacted teeth is a significant surgical procedure. Stress, which you may experience before or after the operation can cause a headache. Use NSAIDs and/or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for headache and pain control and follow your surgeon's instructions.
