Multi factorial : Strained muscles from opening wide, swelling, and stress are all reasons you may have headaches after this procedure. Any meds used may also contribute. Take your post op pain meds and if things don't get better in a few days, call your surgeon!

Trismus: Really not enough information here. How long ago, current meds, bilateral, type of extractions? But a common cause is from the jaw muscles. You can give these muscles a break by letting them rest on some padding such as gauze or pieces or cloth with your mouth slightly open.
