A doctor has provided 1 answer

Couple things: Cows milk,s sensistivity could cause blood tinged stool .However,it sounds more likely to be constipation and cows milk can cause constipation and the blood may be a fissure.See Pediatrician. To treat the constipation-High-fiber foods include fruits and fruit juices that contain sorbitol (prune, mango, pear), vegetables (broccoli, peas), beans, and whole-grain breads and cereals.
