A member asked:

I've been drinking about a gallon of milk every day, and lots of white yogurt. would this cause light colored stool?

Quite possible: The easy way to get the answer is to stop the milk and the yogurt for 3 days and see if the stool color also changes.

Possibly. Watch out!: Milk-alkali syndrome is caused by the ingestion of large amounts of calcium & absorbable alkali resulting in hypercalcemia that can lead to metastatic calcification & renal failure. This syndrome dates to the 1920s during administration of the Sippy regimen (milk & bicarbonate) to treat peptic ulcers. Also, your fat intake is likely enormous. Would recommend at this point reevaluating your diet!
