I have bv & its recurring. i've been trying to get pregnant for the last five months with know success. why can't i get pregnant?

Fertility expert: Your recurrent BV may be due to your partner recolonizing your vagina with organisms resident on his penis. Have him treated topically to reduce this. You are not likely to have a significant reason to be evaluated by a fertility expert until you have tried without results for one year. Would start counting once your BV has cleared.
