Possibly: Bv left untreated has been associated with complications of pregnancy, most significantly, preterm delivery. Definitely get treated for it. How did you get it? Often something in your vaginal environment that altered your normal bacteria. This could be a new lubricant for sex, diet and exercise changes, changes in soap or detergent.... Something different in your life, basically.
