Hcg on 3/24/14 was 711. 3/27/14 hcg was 1218. guessing i'm about 5w pregnant. is this a good increase even tho it didn't double?

Yes: Not all HCG levels double exactly and there is a wide range of "normal". If you're worried about possible ectopic pregnancy, then in a few days your doctor should be able to see something in the uterus and confirm the pregnancy is there. By monday, 3/31. If you're worried, consider calling doctor for that appointment. Best wishes!
