Depends: Your HCG level is elevated when your pregnant. This level does not determine the sex of your baby. It's a 50/50 chance of having a boy or girl. The sex of the baby is determined by the father's sperm. You can find out the sex of the baby after 20 weeks gestation by ultrasound performed by your OB doctor.
