Fatigue: Vitamins can help when your nutritional intake through food is not optimal. There is no 1 best vitamin to recommend, although a good b complex vitamin might be useful. The best suggestions would be for you to make sure you have adequate sleep despite your work schedule -- and avoid alcohol and/or recreational drugs. See your physician for a health review to check on other reasons for fatigue.
