Yes: Everyone has different feelings and needs when they are pregnant. It is very common in the first trimester to be very tired and require more sleep. There is not anything to take for this. Just try to get as much sleep as possible at night and indulge in naps if your schedule allows it. Energy levels will increase back to normal as the pregnancy progresses into the second trimester.
