Depends on cause. Daytime fatigue can result from many things ranging from organ issues, infection, impaired sleep, obstructive sleep apnea (often overlooked), inadequate sleep time, diet, anemia, and so forth. If caffeine from a cup of coffee or tea is not adequate, call you doc for an exam to determine why your symptoms are present. Vitamins would not solve this issue regardless. Good luck

Get evaluation: Dr Simon provides an excellent perspective. Would approach your "tiredness" as a fatigue evaluation, and as mentioned, testing will be needed to pin down. Unless you uncover a specific vitamin deficiency, you are wasting time and money on multivitamins. Focus your efforts on finding causation, and addressing the precise problems.
