That depends. : You ask a good question. I think it depends where the tumor or mets are located. With a spinal tumor i would anticipate worsening pain with growth, but initially it could fluctuate. Mets could cause both fluctuating and worsening pain, again depending on location. I would suggest seeing a local practioner if you are having pain or discomfort that are related to either if those things.
