PSA: Do you have a 1 and then a 7, or a 1.7? Big difference of course. If 1.7-ok, if one was now 7, need to follow-up with urology for an eval and discussion. Even if low and no dre evidence of enlargement, you have symptoms of some bladder outlet obstructive process. There are medications that can help this. Urology will treat this, best wishes.
