"normal"...: Meaning a common consequence of pregnancy. "footprints" of hemorrhoids include skin tags. Can recur, with or without additional pregnancies. Generally treated conservatively, without surgery. Surgery reserved for those who fail medical management, or have repeated bouts of flare.
