9 minutes late?: I wish all my patients were this precise! there is actually a great deal of leeway with most medications. Oral contraceptives should be taken approximately 24 hours apart, but if you are a few hours early or late there is no significant problem.

Stress - less: Same time of day means breakfast or lunch, as long as those do not fluctuate widely. It does not have to be 7:09am daily...Everyone would be off! try to be within, at most, a two hour window for consistency.

You are fine: Take the pill daily as prescribed, but if you are off by an hour or two it is ok. Try and develop a routine though, as with any daily medication, to remind yourself to take it and that particular time of the day. Best wishes.
