Cures for acne?: There is no cure for acne. Pdt helps some people some of the time, and may lead to long term suppression, but hasn't done it yet. Isotretinoin is the best long term treatment, but we can't call it a cure either. However, if you want what i consider the best treatment for acne, then Isotretinoin is it.
