I am suffering from acne at my back & upper arms. i face regular ache at the back due to this & when these involve middle section arnd spine, pain radiates everywhere. took 4 weeks doxycycline treatment & use b. peroxide soap,not cured. what can i do?

Acne for those that are prone usually is not cured but could be controlled. If there is improvement with doxycycline, you could look for other products but probably of higher concentration like salicylic or azelaic acid to control it. Antiseptic soap body wash may also help in changing the skin flora to reduce the severity and frequency of acne rash and pain. Stress management is important too.
