See a doctor: The best thing to do is go to a psychologist and get an evaluation of why you haven't felt your best. Along with that, you should see your family doctor to find out how you're doing if you haven't had a physical for awhile. Sometimes physical problems or illnesses can cause symptoms like anxiety. 9 months is long enough! do something now!

Specify: Be very specific about what it means not to feel your best. If you have gotten a complete medical evaluation and have been told that it is anxiety, find a therapist who can help you pinpoint exactly how you are feeling and how to communicate it to the right kind of doctor. Even if you are convinced that it isn't anxiety, know that anxiety is powerful and should be treated seriously. Best wishes.
