Pedialyte: Yes you can give your grandchild pedialyte , 1 tsp 3-4 times daily.

You may.: You may give pedialyte. However remember pedialyte does not provide enough calories. Pedialyte is not a medicine. It just helps to keep the hydration. If your 3 month old is taking feeds, it is better to continue breast-feeding. You can also express your breast milk and feed with a spoon in small amounts. I hope he/she gets better soon.
