See a doctor: the symptoms you are describing represent dehydration and possible anemia she needs to drink more soda,coffee beer and energy drink does not count drink water alternate with propel or Gatorade and natural juices need to check with a doctor to reevaluate kidney function and electrolytes and check on blood count to rule out anemia taking iron will not stop any blood loss see a doctor please

Low blood pressure: Dizziness with position changes can be a sign of too low of blood pressure. See your doctor to be evaluated for this condition. At times this can be a side effect of medications. If room spinning vertigo is prominent, ear evaluation may be necessary.
