I always feel lightheaded & dizzy while drinking only water, & even sometimes i feel like i'm fainting. same thing happens when i get up fast too...

Water in moderation : Water is good for you and many people don't drink enough during the day. However, if you are finding that you are dizzy or lightheaded, perhaps your blood sugar is low, if water is the only thing you're drinking. See a doc for fasting blood sugar and other tests to ensure that you don't have diabetes or an eating disorder. Dizziness when standing may indicate low blood pressure. Get checked.

Need salt: Water alone is causing dilution hyponatremia .To retain water in your body need some salt in addition .addition of some more salt in your intake will help
