Pregnant?: You might be pregnant, although the most likely cause is an ovarian cyst. These cysts are hardly ever a problem and will resolve a few days to weeks after your next period. If pregnancy is a possibility, get a test (home test is fine) . If not, wait until your next period and see if the pain subsides.
