Not preg: Unless it's obvious, the exam is subjective. An ultrasound would be in order to determine the issue of actual enlargement. If upt's neg then safe but the breast pain and pregnancy are both well managed by the pill. Uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, an ov cyst can cause the "enlargement" finding. Your young for all but cyst. Doc likely percieved some enlargement, said get upt not realizing the effect.
