Yes but higher line: Yes you can and the scars can be concealed in your hairline. However, you may have the perception of an even higher hairline. Options for advancing the hairline and creating a lower hairline are the use of a "pretrichal" forehead lift in which a broken and irregular excision of forehead skin is placed just in front of the hair and creates the illusion of a shortened forehead.

Yes but...: Endoscopic incisions are not visible, but that procedure does tend to raise the hairline. A pretrichal approach (hidden in the hairline) creates a virtually invisible scar, and can be used to actually lower the hairline a little if desired. Fat transfer to the peri-orbital area can help rejuvenate the brow and avoid the "surprised" look of overdone brow lift.
