Not sure: I see under conditions you listed pain and swollen glands. I assume these are painful enlarged lymph nodes. If that is true, it is very good that you asked for medical advice from those doctors and is reassuring if they said no cancer. Also, cancer of the lymph nodes (lymphoma) is usually not painful, but infection may be. The only definitive way to exclude cancer is a lymph node biopsy.

Cancer: I don't understand why you are so convinced you have cancer. The one last option would be a pet scan. It would be expensive but most cancers would light up on this scan. Probably not really needed. Just find a doctor you trust.

Vague: Really hard to make a definitive answer to your question without an invasive biopsy. If you are still not convinced, i would consider possibly going to mayo clinic in rochester, mn or get another cancer dr.'s opinion.
