Does a 38 M with 240 TC and 125/84 BP need an annual stress test? I play doubles badminton for 5 hours each week, with sessions spanning 1.5-2 hrs. No fam history and non smoker. Asian Indian.

Stress test: I am not aware of any guidelines recommending stress test annually in such circumstances. The Framingham risk score is the most commonly used cardiac prevention score otherwise.

Somewhat: Both stress tests and echo will suggest the possibility of heart disease, but an angiogram will be diagnostic.
