Inflammation: Pain on touch is most likely due to inflammation in that area of the body. This is most likely frontal sinusitis, infected brow hair follicle, or abscess. Infection would cause swelling and redness, as well as, pain. Herpes zoster(shingles) can also present with pain that is followed later with a rash. At your age, shingles is less likely.
