Removing hair: Will not effect your pcos in anyway. The hair is a byproduct of the hormonal dysfunction related to pcos and changing hair will not effect the pcos itself in anyway. As for diet, this can be a more complex issue, but people with pcos can have trouble with carbohydrates/sugars, and you should consider trying to avoid sweets and sugars, including breads and rice, if possible.
