Palpitations: You may have had some scar formation after the contusion which predisposes to palpitations. If your stress echo was normal, you likely don't have to be concerned unless the palpitations cause a lot of symptoms for you. In that case check with your dr. You should also make sure the 24hr holter didn't show anything untoward.
