If my papsmear results showed coccobacilli and nonspecific moderate inflammation , this this mean its cervicitis?

It might: Cervicitis means inflammation of the cervix, but "non-specific" means the cause of the inflammation was not evident from the tests that were done. Not all types of cervicitis require treatment, as it may resolve with time.
