I was backing my car and i hit a pole no damage to my car but i was dizzy not i feel ok no symptoms just a little headic no pain called my dr anxious?

Concussion?: It may just be apprehension, you may have gotten dazed and had a mild concussion. Most likely nothing to worry about. If you at all concerned, talk it over with your doctor.
