2,000 mg is max: Have you ever tried Fiorinal (aspirin butalbital and caffeine) for your headaches? It's a combination of aspirin, caffein, and butalbital. In my experience, Fiorinal (aspirin butalbital and caffeine) is much more effective than the combination you're taking. Acetaminophen is highly toxic to the liver. Codeine can actually cause headaches in some people.
