Normal to have cyst: Most women if you were to look at their ovaries, will have some small cysts or follicles on their ovaries. In ovulation your ovary will make an even bigger cyst (12-20mm in diameter). Sometimes women notice when they ovulate (mittelschmerz), sometimes not. Rarely a small cyst can grow bigger and fill with fluid. Ovaries can make cysts from 3cm to 20cm, even bigger. What you describe=normal.
