First everything has: To heal. You have to be patient. I don't know the extent of the fracture or how it was repaired. Generally, it takes 6-8 weeks for bone to heal. But, physical therapy may be needed. The answer is really when your surgeon gives you permission, but realistically it will take at minimum a couple of months. Do not try and walk on it before the doc gives you permission. You do not want to delay healing.
