Could be anxious.: Make sure that you're not drinking any caffeinated beverages, like coffee, green tea, herbal teas, sodas too. Also make sure that you're getting enough rest, and not overtired, or wired. So that you can relax, and also eat/or have a balanced diet with proteins, carbs, and hydrate well. Any of these can be contributory to the feelings you have including stress.
