Seizures: Are not usually caused by mild elevation of blood pressure so unless you have epilepsy, you really should not worry about seizures and hypertension.

Have doctor treat: Your blood pressure, there are a few drugs like Aldomet (methyldopate) or lobetolol which are safe during pregnancy and have your doctor monitor you for per-eclamsia. If you develop eclamsia then you can have seizures. Good luck.
