My arm has been bothering me. there is a sharp pain in the bicep and shoulder area. i can not lift my arm too far up or swing it around.

Arm pain: Pain can have many causes. Hard to say what this pain may be from, but the weakness is concerning. This could be an inflammation of the nerves in your shoulder causing the pain and weakness, something called brachial neuritis. If there is no trauma, then this is something that needs to be evaluated.
