Food poisoning? i got severe stomach pain and diarreah out of nowhere, every time i eat i get sick farted bloody mucus as well

Not likely: "Food poisoning' is usually an acute and intense period of vomiting and diarrhea, usually in some association with a meal, perhaps 2-3 hrs later. Lasts 6-24 hrs in most cases. The bloody mucus is a bit concerning. so I suggest you speak to a doctor or provider soon.
