Hard lump of inside of upper leg. just had physical 2 weeks ago, all blood work normal. going on a long flight soon and wanted to know what it may be?

Need more info: Without seeing ; palpating this lump it is hard to give you an honest answer. Did you have this lump 2 weeks ago or did it pop up spontaneously? Please consult with your family physician.

Many possibilities: This could be. Fatty tumor (lipoma), a cyst, or a lymph node. If it is less than an inch, non tender, not red or squishy, then it is likely benign. Watch it to see if it grows in size. Getting on a plane is no problem.
