Nasal sprays/M.D.: Sinusitis may take weeks to resolve and require more than one course of antibiotics. Nasal irrigation with nasal saline rinses and nasal steroid sprays may lessen the time to recovery. Monitor your temperature and reporting continued symptoms and report fever to your physician.
